言语发展方向：运用美国口部肌肉定位训练方法、中国香港启智及语言表达课程等，提供专业评估，制定个性化解决方案。

自闭症康复方向：定期接受美国自闭症权威机构STAR Autism Support专家的亲自培训及指导，有效地为自闭症谱系障碍和其他发育障碍的学生服务。致力于六大模块：认知理解，逻辑表达，社交行为，游戏互动、发音、生活独立性等。

OT(作业训练方向)：感统康复课程包含了感统、大小肌肉、专注力、运动表达四个主要方面，全方面的从儿童运动发展的角度并结合感觉统合理论对儿童进行训练。

经培训后能独立完成以下工作内容：

1、熟练完成儿童及成人的口部肌肉及发音训练、儿童智力及社交能力、专注力等训练操作。2、负责根据教学计划进行课前准备、开展课堂教学和课后整理；

3、完成课程的备课、授课、课后数据记录工作；

4、参与课程设计、教室布置、教材教具准备、维护和管理；

5、参与班级学员案例分析和讨论、记录课堂数据和学员表现

6、根据儿童的评估制定计划，并按严格按计划进行教学授课，准确书写训练教案、及时整理及归档。

大专以上应届毕业生或有相关经验从业者，康复类、教育类、医学类、心理学类、语言类的专业优先考虑；

工作地址还可以选择北京、上海、广州、武汉、南京、杭州、福州、长沙、重庆 等各地直营训练中心。

2.      Integrate the information of the international therapeutic methods project and apply it to local treatment.

3.      Design and update professional teaching materials (including but not limited to courseware, video, audio, etc.).

4.      Conduct training for staff including theories, techniques and methods.

5.      Track the training, participate in the assessment of therapists and give professional feedback.

6.      Conduct occupational therapy evaluations of new students and re-evaluations of senior students, and provide evaluation reports or professional suggestions.

7.      Conduct clinical guidance, teaching and feedback in various centers nationwide.

8.      Conduct professional and technical communication in the form of one-on-one, parents training or parents lectures.

9.      Participate in the opening of new centers, lectures and other activities to enhance the professional image of the company. 

Requirements:

1.      International certified Speech Language Pathology Qualification Certificate.

2.      Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

3.      More than 3 years relevant working experience.

4.     Have professional SLP treatment skills.

5.     Have good communication skills, affinity, presentation and training skills.
